The very popular BBQ marinade uses Hickory Smoke to give an American feel, with a hint of Worcester Sauce.

Recipe suggestion:

Sticky BBQ Ribs ( serves 2)

Ingredients:

8 - 10 Ribs

2-3 tbsp Marinade

Method:

1. Place the ribs into a large pan, cover with water, bring to the boil then simmer for 10 minutes.

2. Remove the ribs from the water, using a pastry brush apply the marinade to the ribs.

3. Place the ribs under a hot grill, cook for a further 5 minutes, turning half way through.

4. Simply enjoy these finger licking good ribs!
