Ingredients:
2 Chicken breasts / Legs
Piri Piri Sauce
Method:
1. Cut incisions into the chicken, cut about half way through take care not to completly cut through the chicken.
2. Pour over the marinade ensuring that the marinade falls into each incision
3. Cook in a 200° pre heated oven for 20 minutes, ensure the meat is cooked through
4. Serve with rice
