Garlic & Herb

A traditional Marinade, four different herbs provide the balance to the garlic. Very versatile.

Recipe suggestion:

Garlic & Herb Salmon ( Serves 2 ):

Ingredients:

2 fillets of salmon

2 tbsp marinade

Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Butter

Method:

1. Place the samlon onto a piece of cooking foil, coat the top of the salmon with the marinade.

2. Add half the lemon juice and a knob of butter.

3. Lift the foil around the fish and make a parcel, ensure the foil is not tight around the fish.

4. Cook in a preheated oven at 200° for 10 minutes , remove and serve with boiled new potatoes.
