SCC-B is the perfect casing for curved fresh sausages, thanks to its especially tender bite and excellent performance in frying, and of course, like all edible casings, it is ready-to-stuff, constant in diameter and easy to process. In this way, SCC-B perfectly supplements our SCC casing which is for Frankfurter-type sausages, and gives us the curved alternative of the straight Colfan B casing for fresh sausages.
