Chinese BBQ Marinade

The use of Tomato, Star Anise, Honey and Ginger gives a traditional feel to this popular marinade. Add some ribs or your choice of meat.

Recipe Suggestion:

Chinese Style Pork Ribs ( serves 2 )

Ingredients : 1 Tblsp olive Oil

225g Diced Pork

Stir Fry Vegatables

2/3 Tblsp TruNet Chinese BBq Marinade

Method:

1. Heat the Oil in a wok or Frying pan .

2. Add pork, cook until browned.

3. Add Marinade , use enough to ensure all the pork is coated liberally stir fry for 3 mins.

4. Add stir fry vegetabes cook through.........Enjoy !!!!
