Our Number 2.5 Black fibrous cut pieces are ideal for making  3lb (1.36k)  Black Pudding sticks, and our  No 4. Black fibrous cut pieces are ideal for making 4lb (1.81k) Black pudding sticks.  When you have made your black pudding with our fibrous casings, your product will have a tight and polished appearance, as well as being very easy to slice,suitable for any butchers counter.

The Pieces are 50 cm long and are Pre- Clipped and Looped
